Drop-Off Option
This year, VITA is also providing a drop-off service. Taxpayers may drop off their documents in the secure drop box located inside the Cody Library. After the volunteers prepare the return, taxpayers will receive a phone call to make an appointment to pick up, review, and sign the documents.
Pick-up times for completed returns will be on Saturday mornings. The Taxpayer will come in for a 30 minute appointment to review and sign the completed return and pickup their documents.
Before coming to the library, be sure to review Gathering Your Tax Documents and Intake Interview and Quality Review. This will save you a lot of time and unnecessary trips to the library.
